Lightning Strikes The Wall Street:  At 1:30 PM EST a lightning bolt struck, Figma shares hit the market, the widely anticipated IPO priced at $33/share opened at $84, individual investors flooded the market with orders, traders were willing to pay any price, brokerage firms were unable to fill orders that were streaming down from everywhere because there weren't enough shares to go around, buying frenzy briefly pushed the stock price to $142.  

Timing is Everything! In 2022 Figma agreed to be acquired by Adobe, but the Biden anti-trust regulators objected to the deal and Adobe reluctantly walked away from the $20 Billion Dollar Deal! Trump administration has no qualms about approving such deals and that's why despite Tariff uncertainty a flurry of deal activity happening. 

Adobe's loss turned into Figma's gain! At the close Figma was valued at $70 Billion a $50 Billion Dollar gain on the first day of trading!  

Worth mentioning! Kudos to the company founders for a truly admirable act! The founders set up a Gift Fund for the Marin Community Foundation a (Non-Profit Foundation) serving San Francisco and Marin County. The foundation sold all its gifted stock through the IPO pocketing a whopping $440 Million; however, I think their financial advisors gave them a terrible advice and they should be Fired! The right advice is a partial liquidation, had the Foundation held on to its stake, the Foundation would be sitting on a $1.5 Billion Dollar fortune!  

Startling Announcement: President Trump made a startling announcement, in a brief statement Trump said that he ordered two nuclear armed, nuclear-powered submarines to position their lethal weapons toward Moscow and St. Petersburg. The President said he did that out of abundance of caution; he said that just in case - Russia's Former President Medvedev goes off the rails and orders a nuclear strike. The president is right, you can't trust an isolated Russia, exhausted from fighting the NATO's proxy war with Ukraine may lash out and hit the source of weapons. The NATO countries are supplying increasingly sophisticated weapons to Ukraine frustrating Russia. Putin may decide at some point confining his fight to those who are just pulling the trigger on behalf of the European agitators is not enough! It's so obvious that for a great military power like Russia a prolonged war with Ukraine is not a smart strategy. 

Most Corrupt Country in the World: I've never seen a country that's more corrupt than Ukraine. Ukrainians are inherently corrupt, their judges, generals, member of parliament, military recruiting centers, drone factories all are blood sucking parasites, sucking the blood of their own young for the Almighty American Dollar!  

Corrupt Ukrainian Billionaire Generals are sunbathing in southern France at the expense of American Taxpayers; however, their favorite destination to stash the cash is Cyprus - the money laundering capital of Europe.
